William Henry’s Tribute at the Naming of the Peadar O’Dowd Gallery

On Friday, 24 July 2026, Galway Civic Trust / Dúchas na Gaillimhe formally honoured one of Galway’s most beloved historians, educators, and cultural advocates by renaming the exhibition space at the Hall of the Red Earl as the Peadar O’Dowd Gallery.
