As the year draws to a close, all of us at Galway Civic Trust / Dúchas na Gaillimhe would like to extend our warmest wishes to our members, supporters, volunteers and friends across the city and beyond.
Christmas is a time to pause and reflect on the places, stories and shared heritage that make Galway such a distinctive and vibrant city. We are deeply grateful for your continued support throughout the year – whether through membership, advocacy, events, research, or simply by caring about Galway’s built heritage and public spaces.
We look forward to continuing our work in the New Year: championing conservation, encouraging thoughtful planning, and celebrating the character and history of Galway for current and future generations.
Please note that our office will be closed for the Christmas holidays from Friday 19 December until Wednesday 7 January. We will respond to queries as soon as we reopen.
