A guided tour of St. Patrick’s Garrison Church and Renmore Barracks (Dún Uí Mhaoilíosa) Military Museum, which is dedicated to the memories of the men and women who served with the Connaught Rangers and with various peace-keeping missions around the world. Exhibits include uniforms, weapons, personal artefacts and photographs.

There is also a section of the museum dedicated to the memory of Liam Mellows, after whom the barracks was renamed in 1952. The tour starts at St. Patrick’s Garrison Church, Renmore, the church of the 1st Infantry Battalion (An Chéad Cathlán Coisithe) of the Irish Defence Forces, which contains many decorative stained-glass windows and regimental standards.
